Reggio-Inspired Teacher Leadership Training Program

World Builders Academy Teacher Leadership Training Program is a paid, six-month professional development experience that prepares early childhood educators to lead high-quality, child-centered classrooms.

Grounded in the Reggio Emilia philosophy and project-based learning, the program combines hands-on classroom experience with mentorship, reflective coaching, and nationally recognized certification. Participants develop practical skills in early childhood education, classroom leadership, and responsive teaching while learning in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Designed for individuals passionate about working with young children, the program equips educators to create respectful, engaging, and equitable learning experiences while strengthening support for BIPOC children, families, and educators.
